We use information customers provide for regular website maintenance and improvement, and for communication with customers and/or participants about tournaments and to market additional tournaments, services and promotions in which you may be interested.
NAVIGATIONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
Navigational information is used to operate and improve our website, to facilitate participation in Pickleball Passport LLC tournaments, and to provide personalized information.
We do all we can to not link your navigation on our website to contact information about other visitors or customers.

Each time you log into our service a session cookie containing a unique identifier tied to your account may be placed in your browser. This session cookie allows us to uniquely identify you when you log into the service and to process your online transaction and request. We are not responsible for personally-identifying information you choose to submit to these forums.
PROTECTION OF CREDIT CARD DATA
We will use a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing whenever possible, such as Stripe.com to accomplish PCI-DSS compliance for your payments by implementing third party client-side tokenization. We expect no sensitive data to hit Pickleball Passport servers. We do not request or require such intermediary to store, retain or use billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. We reserve the right to disclose personally-identifiable information of our customers or visitors if required by law or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a court order.
We intend to offer customers and visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how we use the information provided. We intend that you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by using the "unsubscribe" link on our marketing e-mails. We intend that you may also send a request about your communication preferences to us. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account with us or related to our services.
We use our services to host data and information known as customer data. Except as provided in our policy, we do not intend to review, share, distribute or reference such customer data except as needed to provide services or as required by law.
